Clubspot’s check-in app will allow you to easily track visit metrics for both members and guests at your club. Visit Analytics > Check-in App in your dashboard to launch the kiosk. You’ll have the option to search for members via name/member number OR if your club is using digital or physical membership cards, you can scan or swipe to pull up the member’s profile.

Once you find the member profile you’re looking for, you’ll be able to see their basic membership information and quickly access any related member details. If this person is checking in alongside other members on their membership, you can use the ‘check-in family’ checkboxes to track their visit all at once.

Guest Fees

If your club requires that guests pay a fee to visit with a member, we can charge for that guest fee directly in the check-in kiosk. To establish a guest fee, head to Analytics > Guest Fees to create a product with the type ‘guest fee’. These products will represent the various price points you can charge a guest for.

When you launch the check-in kiosk and indicate you’d like to add a guest, you’ll be prompted to add the guest’s name and choose the appropriate fee.

This fee will appear on the member’s upcoming invoice as “guest fee: guest name” so they can easily track when and for whom the charges were applied.

<aside> 👤 If you have guest fees established, they’ll be required when checking in a guest. Consider creating a $0.00 guest fee for special circumstances where you might need to check in a guest for free.

Visit Metrics

The Analytics > Visit Metrics section of the dashboard will give you insight to who is visiting the club and when. You can refine the result by date and by total check-ins vs guests:
