Welcome to Clubspot!

• To get started, you will first need to create an account at theclubspot.com/login
• Once you've created a login, you'll want to create a Club account with Clubspot. Club accounts can be made at theclubspot.com/new-club.

Account Basics

1. Your Personal Dashboard

By creating an account with Clubspot, you will get both a Personal Dashboard, as well as access to the Club you have created or have been invited to. The Personal Dashboard is where you will land whenever you login. You may or may not have any listed Registrations or Memberships depending on if you use Clubspot outside of your involvement with an Organization.

1. Your Club Dashboard

To access the a Club Dashboard, you can either click on the Clubs tab on your personal dashboard, or you can click on your account name in the lower left. You can also use the lower left option to quickly switch between Club accounts if necessary.

1. Filling Out Important Account Details

When you create your Club account, there are some Basic Details we recommend filling out right away. You can find these important details under the Account tab on your club dashboard and then click Account Details and the Edit button in the right hand corner. Continue to fill out the available information.

We recommend adding a Club Logo/Burgee to the account if you haven't already, and emails for Contact Info. The photo should be square with a minimum size of 250p x 250p.
