This article provides the reasons why recipients may not be receiving your email communications.


Unsubscribed emails

If an email address has been unsubscribed from your mailing list, it will not receive any of your email communications. You can see who's unsubscribed from your mailing list by navigating to Communication>Email List and checking the ‘Status’ column.

Invalid emails

An intended recipient will be excluded from your mailing list if their email address is invalid because the system won't be able to deliver the email. You can check and edit all of the email addresses that have ever received a message from you by navigating to Communication>Email List. To modify an invalid address, select the recipient whose email address needs to be changed and click "Edit".
