The Billing Email you enter under Account > Account Details will be reflected on member invoices so that members can easily contact the club in case of a billing inquiry.
To update the billing inquiry email on your invoices, go to Account > Basic Details > Billing email.
The email you enter will show up on member invoices in the footer:
