We always try to prevent duplicate account creation by looking at email addresses and mobile numbers, but it is possible to end up with more than one account (eg. tied to two different email addresses, or two different memberships).
Unfortunately we cannot merge two accounts. However, you do have two easy options to clean up your duplicate accounts:
- We recommend archiving duplicate accounts, so that you only have one account going forward.
- If you have duplicate accounts for your club’s website (member portal), please contact a club administrator for assistance.
- If you have duplicate accounts logging into https://theclubspot.com, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
- If in the past you have used multiple accounts to sign up for different events and you want to consolidate those signups under one account, please contact a club administrator and share this guide with them. They can send you any number of invitation(s) to link past registrations with the account of your choice:
