Admins can update reservations for members to add or remove tickets, update sign up data, or perform refunds.

Create a new Sign Up

From the Sign Ups section of the social event, select + Sign Up. You will be asked to select the member in question to create their sign up. If the person is a member you are able to bill the ticket price directly to their membership tab.

Once added, you will be able to add more participants and corresponding tickets to the Sign Up. Start by clicking on + attendee. This will prompt you to select a new ticket type and enter the details for that ticket. If the name entered is of a guest, Clubspot will assume this is a guest of that first membership and will suggest placing the charge on their membership tab.

Remove a Ticket or Attendee

Not all ticket removals should be paired with an automatic refund. As a result, Clubspot allows you to do these two operations separately. To remove a ticket either select the ‘x’ by the attendees, or click the three dots to the right of the ticket you would like to remove. Removing a ticket will remove an attendee and vice versa.

When tickets are reversed they will removed from the Tickets and Sign Ups section and the number will also reduce the amounts in the Entry Caps section.

Note that since a ticket reversal is not a refund, it will not automatically reverse the payment and the sale will remain in your reporting until it is refunded.

Refund

If a refund must also be issued, start by removing the ticket or participant and then locate the payment to issue the refund. Payments made upfront for the events will be found in the payments section under Reporting for that event. If the charge was put on a member tab, the ticket line items can be found and reversed from the upcoming invoice for the membership in question.
