Clubspot provides a default member portal for your members to manage payments, view reservations, and more. You may choose to customize the content for your club’s member portal directly from your Dashboard, and this guide will walk you through that process. If you elect to offer iOS or Android apps for your members, this is also how you’ll design the content of the app.
Article Navigation:
By default, the Member Portal will have a landing page that welcomes the customer and calls out their upcoming activities and membership balance. There will be three clickable tiles -- Billing, Reservations, and Member Details that link to pages where members can view and edit their activity. The sidebar (left menu) also has default links to each part of the Member Portal.
All of the images, tile options, and sections are configurable. For instance, if you want to link to a specific reservations page for tennis courts or link to a mobile ordering page, you can configure the tiles to do so. Here’s an example of a customized member portal, with the content that matters most to your members:

Navigate to the Website section of the admin dashboard and select Member portal. From here, you’ll see the Views table, which allows you to opt certain pages in and out of your member portal based on your utilization as a club. Click the ‘…’ and ‘disable view’ if you’d like to hide that page from your members. The drag and drop square on the left hand side of the table will allow you to rearrange these menu items so that they appear in relevant order in your member portal:

To edit the tiles that make up the bulk of the member portal, click on the Home row of the Views table. This will launch an overlay that gives you access to customize each section. Once you’ve set your preferences for the header style and content, create a new section (aka grouping of tiles, like “reservations” in the screenshot below). To add a tile to that section, click the + circle next to the title of your section. Now you’ll be able to define the name, helper text, link, and image of that tile. Repeat for each section and tile, then rearrange them using the arrows ^ and/or drag-and-drop grips.

You can optionally customize the visual of your digital membership card as well. Click the ‘edit’ button next to the Member card heading of the Member portal page in the dashboard to launch the edit overlay. Here you can elect to display and image or a color on the front/back of the member card:

Members can navigate their portal using links in the side menu, customizable tiles, or live toolbar. Clicking on the count of upcoming events or current balance will direct the member straight to their reservations or billing page. Once on a page, the user can open the menu in the upper left-hand corner to redirect to another page in the portal or return to the main website.
