Clubspot provides a default member portal for your members to manage payments, view reservations, and more. You can also choose to customize the content for your club’s member portal by contacting us.

By default, the Member Portal will have a similar layout to the page above. There will be three tiles- Billing, Reservations, and Member Details. The sidebar (left menu) also has default links to each part of the Member Portal.
All of the images, tile options, and sections are configurable. For instance, if you want to link to a specific reservations page for tennis courts, or link to online tee time bookings, you can configure the tiles to do so. Here’s an example of a customized member portal, with the content that matters most to your members:

The login page makes it easy to pull up the correct account details. Once a valid email address or mobile number has been entered, the login page will display a profile picture of the user and prompt for their password. When multiple users are linked to the same email or mobile number, an account picker will display the name and image of the user as well as the date the account was last updated. Improved helper text and error messaging should eliminate any confusion.
Our reservations tab has been redesigned for easy access to the most important information. We start by highlighting the date of the event or reservation on the left. We then display the event image to assist when quickly scanning the list. A search bar is available at the top of the page to quickly refine your results. Each reservation includes details about the member registered, and the status of their payment and e-signatures (if/when required). This page is specifically designed for easy use both on desktop and mobile devices.
Members can navigate their portal using links in the side menu, customizable tiles, or live toolbar. Clicking on the count of upcoming events or current balance will direct the member straight to their reservations or billing page. Once on a page, the user can open the menu in the upper left-hand corner to redirect to another page in the portal or return to the main website.
