Our new Membership billing interface offers a clean and updated workflow for managing member payments, viewing statements, and making corrections.

The Membership billing functionality has largely remained the same, though it’s user-facing appearance has changed to facilitate faster, more straightforward workflows. Tables are now available in Table view as well as Card view. Card view is better suited for mobile-based viewing, whereas Table view is best suited for desktop applications.
This section is largely the same as before, but with improved call-outs for editable fields. Membership start date, end date, dues schedule, and member tab schedule are all editable by clicking into their respective boxes. The “Next statement” date is universal for all club members and can be changed by Clubspot Support.
This new section gives club administrators access to the most frequently used billing tools. From here you can view the members upcoming invoice (now simply referred to as the “Member Tab”), create a new, ad-hoc invoice, and record an offline payment.
The member’s current balance owed is visible in this section along with the “Pay now” option, this allows admins to make payments towards the balance using payment methods on file.
The “View statement” functionality that was formerly displayed in the Balance pane has moved further down the page to the Recent activity pane.
