If you have minimums configured for your account, Clubspot will automatically calculate and bill any difference between the minimum and actual spend for each membership.

Follow the steps below to pull up a report of all the minimums that Clubspot has billed on the club’s behalf.

1**. From the Clubspot dashboard, click "Reporting" > Line items**

2**. Click the "Search by name, product, member number..." field, and type the search term “Minimum”. This will retrieve all line items that Clubspot has billed that are tied to minimum payments.**

3**. Click "Export" to export the report.**
