Clubspot now supports an end-to-end mobile ordering experience for members and staff. This includes automatic notifications, mobile order status updates, a seamless ordering experience, and enhanced tools for staff to view and manage mobile orders directly from the Point of Sale.

How to configure your POS location to support mobile ordering

  1. To support the Mobile Ordering feature, go to Point of Sale > Locations

  2. In the Location Basic Details scroll to Mobile Orders

    <aside> 👉 You must be using POS version 5 or higher to take advantage of this feature.

  3. Set the Order Flow to Manual

    1. When a customer places a mobile order it appears in the Point of Sale app, where the operator must manually confirm the order. This is the recommended setting for use cases that require F&B fulfillment (eg. the Poolside Grill or Snack Bar).

Other Settings for Order Flow supported are Automatic and Disabled

Member: Mobile Order Flow

To place a mobile order, members first need to click the Online Link for the respective POS Location i.e. Snack Bar

The redesigned status page allows members to check their mobile order status. The status page will automatically update as the order transitions from requested to approved, and ultimately ready to pick up.
