The ‘messages’ tab under the Communication section of your dashboard contains a record of your draft and sent messages

Filter by Type

From the “Message” tab of your dashboard, you’ll find a new filter at the top of the table, making it easy to sort by message type (eg. email, sms, push notifications).

Recipients

To view the recipients of a sent message, click in and scroll down to the ‘recipients’ section. Here, you will see the email addresses (or phone numbers) of all recipients. If your mailing list is long, you can use the search bar to look up a specific individual. The status bar will show delivered, opened, or bounced to alert you to any members who are not opening or receiving their emails.

Push Notifications

The messages table also displays bulk push notifications that were sent to the member app. The list clearly shows the status, number of recipients, date, subject, content preview, and the open rate (as a percentage).
