Clubspot makes regular payouts directly to your bank account as we collect funds from your members and customers.

Enable Payouts

You will be asked to provide a payout destination (where you want the funds deposited) during the Inbound Payments onboarding flow. If at any time you would like to change your payout destination please click to Manage Payouts from the Settings > Payouts tab*.*

Payout Schedule

By default, we sweep out the entire available balance on a daily basis. We recommend doing weekly payouts for ease of reconciliation (a couple of payouts per month) if cash flow is not a major concern for the club. Reconciling with your bank or matching payouts with deposits

Payouts made in Clubspot will mirror deposits received in your bank account.

Understanding payout details

Navigate to Reporting>Payouts

When you click on a payout, you can view all of the details of that specific deposit. Most importantly this includes the following detail:

  1. Summary - gives you a breakdown and count of the types of transactions, categorized as charges, refunds, and adjustments
  2. Gross Amount - the amount the club was paid in online payments before the fees
  3. Total Fees - the amount of money taken from the gross amount for processing fees and Clubspot fee.
  4. Net - the total amount of money to hit your bank account from that transaction after fees are removed.
  5. Details - the description of the transaction

You can also click on the Line Items tab next to Summary at the top of the page to see a more granular description of each transaction.
