How updates work

Standard point of sale updates are automatically deployed, so your club can take advantage of usability, performance, and feature improvements right away.

For larger updates we often opt in a subset of clubs first, to try out the new version as pilot partners. After the pilot period we upgrade all clubs to the new version. To get early access to future versions or if you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].

Checking your Point of Sale Version

To check what POS version is currently installed start by going to the point of sales order screen. from the point of sales order screen, click settings in the upper right and scroll down to the App Version.

Version 5.3 - May 2025

⚡ Interface Improvements

• Significant performance and stability enhancements
• Dramatically improved performance especially on large orders (eg. banquets) and on spotty network connections.
• User interface improvements, with larger buttons, tab bar navigation, and more prominent touch points.

🕕 Price Schedules

• Ability to set price adjustments to apply automatically during a certain date or time window, like a happy hour.

• Apply the price schedule to select product tags and/or product subtypes to target a subset of items.

• The price change can be a fixed amount, a percentage, or a price override.
