Initial import
When Clubspot imports your membership database we automatically grant members website access as long as they have an email and/or a mobile number on file. Members must go through a one-time verification process to claim their new user accounts the first time they log into your website.
Reporting
You may want to periodically check which of your members have logged in, and which members have not, so that you can encourage members to set up their new accounts. To pull this report, just follow these steps:
- From the Membership > Members tab, notice the Website Access column. There are three possible statuses:
- Enabled - this member has website access
- Disabled - this member does not have website access (perhaps because they do not have an email or mobile number on file, or because access has been intentionally switched off)
- Enabled (Access Code Required) - this member has website access, but has not completed the “claim account”/password reset flow.
- Click Filter to refine the list based on website access status. You may choose to use the message button to compose an email to this subset of members and remind them how to log in for the first time.
