Reservable products are an easy way to manage the booking of club assets through a custom schedule that is fully configurable on the back-end.

Creating a Reservable Product

1. Create a New Product

Navigate to the “Products” tab of your Clubspot account and click on “+ New Product”

2. Edit Basic Settings

Enter the name and price of the reservable product on the next splash screen and set the type of the product to “Reservable item”

3. Set Up Booking Schedule

Scroll further down and update the booking schedule, if required. To do so, click the “Reservation Shift” button to start creating availability!

<aside> ⚠️ If you’d like to allow your members & guests to book an all-day reservation, you can simply toggle off Time Slots. This will allow reservations to be booked for the entire day without specific time slots being available.

4. Add Product Options

If your club asset has multiple instances of one product (ie you can reserve from a handful of boats, beach canopies, club rooms, etc), then you’ll want to utilize the Product Options settings.

First, Navigate to the “Options” Tab at the top of the Reservable Product page
