Reservable products are an easy way to manage the booking of club assets through a custom schedule that is fully configurable on the back-end.

Creating a Reservable Product

1. Create a New Product

Navigate to the “products” Tab of your Clubspot account and click on “+ New Product”

2. Edit Basic Settings

Enter the name and price of the reservable product on the next splash screen.

Once the product has been created, scroll down on the “Basic Details” page of that product to change the product type from “Standard” to “Reservable Product”

3. Set Up Booking Schedule

Scroll further down and update the booking schedule, if required. Click on the specific days you’d like the availability to show up for

<aside> ⚠️ If you’d like to allow your members & guests to book an all-day reservation, you can simply toggle off Time Slots. This will allow reservations to be booked for the entire day without specific time slots being available.
