Scoring Setup

Overview

Clubspot scoring supports the following types of popular scoring methods:

• One Design
• One Design with Fleets (Including Round Robin and Qualifying/Finals)
• Handicap Scoring (Including ORC, PHRF, Portsmouth, IRC, Laser Masters, & Pursuit)
• External scoring options
  • Link to a Google sheet or other URL
  • Upload a PDF with results

Scoring method

The first selection you’ll make is the scoring method. From the class page, select the dropdown for Scoring method to change the scoring method for that class.

Throwouts

Use the throwouts section to configure when discards should occur. The Race # that you click on will apply a throwout after the selected race is completed. If your event uses Series scoring, you can decide if the throwouts apply to the entire series or if they apply to the sub-events.
