By default, new tickets are added to the top of the list. Turn this switch ON if you would like to see the newest tickets added to the end of the list.

Enable Sort Oldest > Newest

Navigate to Point of Sale>Smart Tickets App>Settings

Toggle on the setting to sort oldest>newest

Now your smart tickets will flow in with the most recent at the bottom of the screen and the oldest at the top for your staff to view.
