In order to enable your staff members to clock in/clock out during their shift, you first need to add them as a staff member in the dashboard.
<aside> đź’ˇ In the Point of Sale App, the clock in/clock out feature will only work if the Staff Members setting is enabled. To do this, launch your POS app, click on Settings in the top right corner and then scroll down to toggle on Staff Members. Now your staff will be prompted to type in their four-digit passcode before creating a new order.

Click on Staff on your club dashboard and then choose Staff Members. Next, **Go to the top right and click “+new staff”. You will be prompted to add first name, last name, email, and a staff code for the employee. Choose a four digit code that your staff member will then use to clock in/out on the point of sale app.
When your staff member clocks in at the beginning of their shift, they will be prompted to choose which position they are checking in for. In order to create those positions, you will first need to set them up in your club dashboard.
Go to Staff and then click on Positions. In the right corner choose “+new position” and add the name of the position.
Now when your staff members go to clock in with their four-digit code, they will be asked which position they are clocking in for.
To test the flow - you can go to Launch the app and Launch Timesheets App, then use a staff member’s clock in passcode to test the flow.
If you want to view or adjust a staff member’s time-sheet record, find Recorded Shifts and click on the specific shift you want to edit. Then click “edit start/end time” and adjust the shift time accordingly.
You can also export the recorded shifts for payroll purposes. To do so, click on Export in the right corner and click Recorded Shifts.
