This guide explains how to read a member invoice. Each invoice includes a number of standard sections, which we walk through in detail below. Please scroll down for explanations and examples, with a sample invoice.

Invoice sections

Your member invoice includes three key sections:

Bill to

The Bill to section shows your member details, including name, address, and your member number. It also displays the invoice number, the date the invoice was issued, a due date (if any), and the current status of the invoice.

Summary

The Summary section displays three important figures:

These figures all relate to your member balance at a specific moment in time (when the invoice was issued). You can also click a link to view your Realtime Statement which always shows your current balance due.
