This guide explains how to update the “from” email that you send bulk emails from. Using your custom “from” address allows recipients to reply directly to you, and improves deliverability.

Article Navigation:

Step 1: Create a draft email

Click the “Message” button from any entry list (eg camp, social event), or from the Memberships table in the club dashboard. When prompted, select the Email message type.

You should also check the domain that you are sending the email from (eg. billing**@yourclub.com**). To improve deliverability, it is important to make sure that the emails are coming from your verified club domain, and not a personal email service (eg. Gmail, AOL, Yahoo).

<aside> 💡 If you don’t see your domain listed, please click on the from domain (see above), and then select the option to Verify a new domain. You will be prompted to enter a one time passcode to complete verification, before being able to send emails through Clubspot from that domain.
