Manage Pages

To manage and edit your different pages available to members, click on the Home tab at the very top of your screen and the down arrow. This will bring up all of your page options and you can proceed to edit and update any of them. Clubspot now supports an audit trail that tracks whenever a publish is performed, by whom, and for which page. We also store snapshots of old web builder versions in a more accessible way, in case clubs want to revert to a previous state of one of their pages.

<aside> 📄 When creating a new page, the name of the page will be the URl path so be mindful with the naming convention used. Please note any text characters i.e. $, ( ), *, etc. are not supported in the URL. Aviod the page names ‘dining’ and ‘golf’ as these are default Clubspot pages that already exist and will override your webpage.

Hero Banner

Hero banners are great way to engage the viewer from the moment they log onto your website. Having high-quality imagery paired with your main header can help create a positive first impression. You can upload a single image, video, or even multiple images to create an image carousel to represent your club.

Adding a Hero Banner

In order to add a hero banner, click the menu options on the left side of the screen and scroll down to “+add new page section”. Find the option you are looking for and from there you will be able to edit font size, alignment, etc.
