• Minimums

  • We’ve built a new menu item in the dashboard dedicated to managing minimums

• Batch Bill Editor

  • You can continue to use the standard batch bill file upload to make bulk charges/credits
  • But we’ve introduced a new tool to allow you to create the batch file directly in clubspot. Searching for the member and product eliminate the need to track down the member number or product ID in order to make a charge.

• Invoice Memo

  • We now support live links in the memo field, making it much easier to direct members to another page, ex. a donation form

• Regattas

  • ‘Fullscreen’ regatta results
    • When on mobile/tablet option to switch between the current results view and ‘fullscreen view
    • If you are logged, in we save which view you are using and will display in the same view future results

• Reservable Products

  • We now warn for reservations that overlap with original time block date/time but allows for time block to be created (Existing reservation takes priority over new time block, so even if you create the time block, that booking still belongs to the member who booked it. If you remove that booking, the time slot will be filled by the time block).
  • If it is a recurring time block, we do not verify if there are future reservations that would conflict.

• Tee times now integrate with CapPatrol

  • New API endpoint provides all booked tee times and player formation for a given time period

• Discount Reasons

  • Prompt for discount reasons (if more than 1) in PoS when adding order level discount
  • Ability to tie a discount reason to a CoA expense account. When discount reason is selected, the discounted amount will be debited from this account (rather than generic sales).

• Accounting

  • Ability to map classes to QBO class by Id (similar to the CoA and departments)
    • Allows mapping to subclasses

November 2024

  • Reservations can now have itinerary events added to them
  • Redesign of checkin/checkout
  • Ability to view member details/preferences from basic details
  • Added tee times and dining reservations to itinerary
• Forms
  • Added form notifications, which will allow clubs to receive email alerts whenever a form response is submitted. These notifications can be configured in the form settings section of each form.
