- All member booking flows are now available through the book now component in the member portal
- Admins can configure which booking flows are available in the admin dashboard
- website > member portal > book now
- Each tile can have its image set
- All existing tiles on the home page that are for any of the booking flows, will now route through the book now component reducing the load time
- Regattas
- Protest board
- Ability to pin racing hub to the menu bar on theclubspot.com
- With the new homepage, updated the menu and it no longer includes regattas, but regatta super users can pin it optionally for easy access
- Discounts

- New searchable dropdown field type
- POS
- Search bar for POS settings popup to find settings faster
- Host mode now displays daily dining note (if applicable)
- Timeblocks
- Callout timeblock name in host mode layout in addition to using unavailable color
- Call out time blocks in availability mode on tables
- Ability to override auto-calculated member discounts from the POS. Note: This feature must be enabled on your club’s account. Please contact support if you’d like to learn more.

- Updated date picker to future years only (2026+) for manually recorded shifts
- Dining
- Flag for admins making dining reservations that exceed flow control. This is just a warning callout, admins are still allowed to override and book a reservation that exceeds the cap.
- Can mark tables as “admin only” making them only bookable from the admin side
- Ability to make timeblock with covers
- Timeblocks are shown on host mode with the number of covers associated with them
- Table are shown as unavailable when there is a conflicting time block

- Can create a notification for a specific reservable product

- Session sign up count page now lists classes based on priority
- Group classes
- Ability to set a member facing name (label) for a schedule or class instance
- Group class instances now have instructor set on them by default instead of check the group class schedule
- Lodging
- Photo galleries
- Ability to link photo galleries to a lodging stay. You can add/order images, set captions, etc. (using the existing photo gallery function)
- Once published, members can view the photo gallery from the My RSVPs page in the member portal from the reservation card
- Lodging add ons
- Can set up lodging add ons, which are specific products linked to lodging that can be added to lodging reservations as paid itinerary items.
- If you have lodging add-ons set up, you will see this pop up in the lodging itinerary section as an option
- Callout for expired/past due members when making a reservation
- New tabs configuration option to customize which tabs show up in the reservations details overlay. Basic details, itinerary, and comments are the defaults and they can be drag and dropped to rearrange order
- Ability to add players to a tee time from the itinerary
- Adding custom data fields for request flow and admin flow
