October 2025
- Private Lessons in Court Bookings
- New court pro dashboard that lists all court pro staff members, and allows you to configure pro availability and time blocks
- Courts Calendar
- Time slots where there is a pro available to be booked shows up with an icon for each pro in the bottom right corner. If a booking has a pro it is shown on the booking tile with the pros name
- Making a reservation
- If there is a pro available at the time of booking and on the court selected, after you select the duration of the booking, if a pro has a corresponding lesson for that duration you will be able to select the pro.
- Changing reservations
- On the admin side, a reservation with a pro can be changed to any court at any time regardless of the pros availability
- On the member side, a reservation with a pro can only be changed with in the pros availability and court restrictions
- Notifications
- Pro get email and text about all reservations that are made with them.
- Check-in app
- Redesigned/streamlined interface
- The new flow has a social feature that allows members to indicate if they want to let other members know they’re at the club (if this feature is enabled on the club’s account).
- Exports
- Inventory export now includes total cost and total retail value for each product
- Custom application status
- If application type is not set to open enrollment, admins are able to add custom application statuses and can filter by these new statuses
- (If an application has a custom status set and then the custom status is archived, you will not be able to filter by that custom status but the application will still have the custom status)
- Point of Sale
- New callouts alert the user if they have incompatible settings at the location vs. profile (or user) levels. For instance, on-reader tipping is incompatible with separate auth and capture. If the POS location has on-reader tipping enabled we now show callouts if/when Separate auth and Capture is enabled to make it clear that the POS will ignore the on-reader tipping setting in that scenario.
- The POS app now automatically retrieves updated profile settings every 90 seconds, so updating a profile from the admin dashboard (or from any other POS device) will propagate the new settings to all connected clients without a page refresh. Location-level settings continue to be synced every 60 seconds.

- Members can now add their membership cards to Apple Wallet (available on iOS and mac, on the web, and in-app).
- The Add to Wallet button is accessible from the Account tab in the member portal.
- Perfect for scanning in at the member kiosk, and other use cases.
- Note that subsequent membership updates are not automatically pushed to the device (eg. membership expiration, category change, etc.) so the card notes the date it was added to Wallet on the back, and front-end clients like the membership check-in kiosk validate status of the membership at the time of a scan event.

- Total UI refresh on both member and admin

- Member Portal
- Clubs can now specify a custom label for the “RSVPS” tab. Eg. instead of RSVPs it could say “Reservations” or “Registrations” or “Sign-ups” based on club preference.
- Events page v2
- Updated events registration flow:
- New popup to register for event instead of inline registration for a more explicit flow
- New, consolidated flow where you click add ticket, select who it’s for (if you are logged in and have members, otherwise we jump to guest ticket), then add the ticket (rather than the 2 different add buttons for add member/add guest)
- Allows members to book more than one ticket (both with quantity or by just selecting multiple ticket types
- New attendees list ui
- Show photos of attendees
- When you click to see more we show the full list using the new participant list component (with images)
- Autopay improvements & PNC workaround
- Clubspot now supports automatic emails to members if/when their auto payment fails.
- We also developed a special workflow for members that are impacted by PNC Bank’s decision to automatically expire tokenized ACH credentials. Clubspot will detect this scenario and provide step by step guidance to the member on how to remove and re-link their account.
- Lodging
- Member facing lodging so that members can search dates and # of guests and view room types available (call to inquire, no actual booking capability)
- Banquets
- New “event timeline” component for custom BEO layouts which uses itinerary events
- New “functions” section for custom BEO layouts which similarly uses itinerary events but is designed to show what spaces are in use, by time and with a number of guests
- Eg: Bridal suite 11am-2pm 12 people

- Lodging
- Ability to add itineraries, dining reservations, and tee times directly from details overlay on calendar (add tee time launches tee sheet on desired date)
- Updated existing itinerary row clicks to bring you to dining reservations/tee sheet for that day
- Use lodging reservation details overlay in more places (reservation list view and booking tab)
- Added check in toggle to booking details overlay
- Ability to copy itinerary to clipboard
- Pull in tee times and dining reservations for all members on a lodging reservation
