• Mobile ordering custom fields

  • Ability to create custom fields for mobile ordering at the location level
  • Each custom field can be set to show on the printed ticket
  • Custom fields are displayed in the order details on the POS

• Vendor Invoices + AI

  • When uploading a vendor invoice document, we’ll parse the document using AI and create a draft invoice for you

• Products + AI

  • When adding a new product, we’ll suggest the type, subtype, and tags based on existing similar products

• Point of Sale

  • New profile setting allows you to adjust the UI so that product options, option groups, and add-ons are wrapped in a wider overlay on the POS. Useful for scenarios where the menu has a large number of modifiers.
  • Small bell icon in course tag with number of course reminders sent
  • Scroll POS order items (on left hand menu) to bottom when adding new line items
  • Option to fire mobile order when accepted (buttons are now reject, accept and fire, or accept without firing)

• Tee sheet

  • Added requested caddie to printed tee sheet
  • Check in status visible in condensed tee sheet
  • Swap tee times
    • Select two tee times to swap. Intended for two booked tee times, but works if only one of the tee times if booked

• Lodging

  • New export for guest list csv → exports the individual guests (and their specific room assignment if applicable) for reservations
  • Option to add an email for inquiry flow (email to book)

• Communications

  • New options to configure club emails for dining and golf confirmation comms

• Dining

  • Custom fields for dining
    • Fields are applied to specific shifts
    • Fields can be required for member
    • All fields are optional for admins

• Social events

  • Ability to schedule the date RSVPs open
  • Add "net sales" column to social events table in admin dashboard

  • Ability to set min/max age on membership plans, which will show up in scheduled age out report
