- Membership Renewals
- Upgrade for clubs with fixed duration (eg. annual) membership renewals
- Members on family plans can now add, remove, or edit members
- Clubs can now specify certain membership add-ons (products/services) that should be linked with a specific member on the renewal flow.

- Ability to select specific members for dining reservations made from the Point of Sale. This means that the reservations will also show up in the Member Portal for the relevant members.
- Support for metered pricing on Point of Sale (v5). Common use cases would be gas, water, or electricity.
- Ability to set any product to âmeteredâ pricing model
- When set, the Point of Sale will automatically ask for a quantity, and calculate the total price accordingly

- Advanced Splitting
- Ability to split any line(s) any number of ways (eg. split 3 ways, split 4 ways, split 5 ways, etc.)
- Replaced drag and drop interface with a lighting-fast tapping UI
- Ability to multi-select to add any number of lines to a different tab with a single click
- New split picker uses more of the available screen real-estate, on all devices
- The POS now defaults to âsplit by itemâ (previously it defaulted to split by amount).
- Ability to enter custom guest names during the split flow (previously guests always appeared as Guest Non-Member in the split overlay).
- New payment method UI, with icons to quickly locate payment method options and add cards to a tab.
- Starting with v5.1, Clubspot now ensures that payment methods that are added to a tab in the POS do not get saved on the membership for billing purposes.
- When opening a new order from an existing order that had a card payment, Clubspot now clones the original payment method (even for members). This standardizes the behavior between guests and members.
- Improved interface and telemetry when working with card readers
- Expired authorizations (eg. after several days without a capture) no longer cancel the open POS order. Instead, the order remains in a draft state and payment can be re-collected.
- Improved UI when authing card on card reader in separate auth and capture flow
- Ability to configure custom tip options, by POS Location. Defaults are 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25. No tip and âOtherâ are always available, if tipping is enabled.
- The number of items on the left menu now takes quantities into account. Previously Clubspot would display the number of lines, regardless of quantity.
- The Ticket button is now more prominent, turning blue when there are unfired line items on an order. Clubspot automatically tracks the quantity of unfired lines on an order, and displays the number on the Ticket button.
- Improved loading animation/user feedback when firing tickets.
- Further optimized touch listeners for lightning fast click actions on touch devices.
- Ability to cancel a card authorization from the POS, so the operator can take a different payment method.
- E-signatures
- Clubspot now specifies the name of the document template in the message body, when requesting an e-signature. This is useful when sending multiple e-signature requests for a single sign-up.
- Membership Kiosk
- Improve member search UI and performance (to match POS v5)
- When checking in members, there is now an option to add family members to a check in
- Any guests or family members that are added to a check in will be recorded in Member analytics > Visit metrics
- Reporting
- Add âMembership Statusâ to boats export
- Added âCountry Codeâ to regatta participants export
- Added Order-level Discounts to orders exports
- Added Line Item ID to the Transactions with Lines export (Accounting)
- Option to customize if tax should be included in gross/net calculations on revenue report.
- Golf
- Admins can now limit tee time reservations to members only AND specific member plans
- Facilities
- Improved table view for facility products, with additional columns showing:
- Default price: Suggested price set on the product level
- Units: Count of total units
- Assigned: Count of assigned units
- Available: Count of unassigned (available) units
- Current Pricing: Range of prices that are actually assigned to members currently. This can differ from the default price, because each assignment has its own price set at the time it is created, and stays at that price unless/until a club administrator changes it.
- Webbuilder
- Redesign component removal by replacing drag-and-drop trash can with ellipsis option (located within component details)
- Calendar
- Implemented contrast picker to determine font color (black or white) in contrast to background color

- Point of Sale (V5)
- Significant performance improvements, especially when handling large numbers of orders, including faster search, more responsive tabbing, and faster click handlers.
- Minor design improvements to use more of the available space
- Improved telemetry and error handling
- New support for a manual tax exempt toggle on the POS (v5)
- Also factors in tax exemptions due to to go status (region-specific), and tax exempt customers.
