• Point of Sale (Version 5.3)
  • Significant performance and stability enhancements
  • POS device tracking, for granular visibility into all of the devices accessing your club’s POS, and their settings.
  • Point of Sale profiles, for easy management of POS settings at scale.
  • Ability to use the same floor plan across any number of POS locations
  • Ability to leverage variable pricing alongside option groups and add ons
  • Dramatically improved performance especially on large orders (eg. banquets) and on spotty network connections.
  • User interface improvements, with larger buttons, tab bar navigation, and more prominent touch points.
  • Additional sorting options for the Orders view.
  • New POS Settings Overlay organized by type of setting, and powered by POS profiles.
  • Clubspot now tracks the last card reader any given device was connected to without interrupting settings for any other device (even if logged in with the same user and/or profile).
  • Support for discount reasons on line-item level discounts (must be enabled on your account).
  • Launching the POS from the context of a Location-details view now launches that specific location.
  • Support for on-reader tipping (card payments). Clubspot can now prompt the customer to enter a tip amount directly on the card reader.
  • Option to skip the member selection step, and automatically assign a non-member customer. This is useful for high volume workflows that don’t require member charges.
  • Option to automatically launch the card reader for non-member orders, to reduce clicks (similar to the option that automatically defaults to house account for member customers).

  • Member facing tee sheet updated to use bubble date picker and clearer player dropdown
  • Default to 9 holes on booking overlay if course is a 9 hole course

• Printing

  • New dashboard for print requests. Filterable by printer and by processing time to allow you to identify potential issues with specific printers.

• Invoices

  • Support multiple emails to cc for send/resend and finalize for adjustments

    • Can now see the email address associated with any invoice, and allow editing from invoice details

    • Can add any number of emails to cc for an adjustment on finalize or send/resend

      

• Statements

  • Ability to configure default line format for member statements to collapse and expand invoice lines by default from under your Membership > Billing settings page.
    • “expand invoices” opens the invoice lines by default.
    • “all” expands invoices and orders by default
  • Callout for autopay enrollment/next autopay date on member statements

• Reservations

  • The reservations table now supports a date range, instead of a single date picker.
