Point of Sale

New “countdown” feature allows you to count down F&B items as they are fired to the kitchen. This feature operates independently of inventory, and can be configured for any F&B item.

The POS now calls out limited stock (under 25 remaining) for products that are using inventory or the countdown feature. This is helpful

Ticket printing options:
- Ability to view snapshot of vendor invoice editor after confirming
- Can see everything you entered but cannot make edits
- you can now upload a file after confirming
- Ability to add products that use track_options as their inventory rule to vendor invoices
- Search for the parent product, on click see the options and choose one
- Set the qty on the options, set the price on the parent product
Emails
- All emails now leverage Clubspot’s internal email infrastructure, powered by AWS, including all transactional emails (emails that are triggered automatically by Clubspot for situations like order receipts, RSVP confirmations, etc.).
- This provides extra granular visibility into send statistics, including sends, opens, bounces and more.
- It also means that transactional emails now leverage custom SPF and DKIM records to ensure messages pass all validations and are not caught in spam filters.
- For clubs that have not yet validated their own email domain, messages will come from [email protected]. Please contact our support team for assistance validating your own domain.
