• Tee sheet v2.0

  • Exciting interface and workflow refresh to make it faster than ever to close out orders, add items, and manage your tee sheet.

    

  • Highlights include:

    • Ability to add products to any tab directly directly from the tee sheet (without needing to launch the POS at all).
    • Multi-player close-outs (eg. charge any number of players with a single payment).
    • Faster member lookups and tee time creation.
    • Streamlined rules engine to dictate default fee types and transportation options based on membership status, number of holes, membership add-ons (eg. cart plans), etc.
    • The same fee products can now be shared across any number of schedules
    • Ability to change the customer on the fly for any tee sheet checkout
    • Quick actions to add a specific group size with fewer clicks
    • Notification to players added to reservation by member after reservation was initially created
    • New toolbar for selecting player, course and date

• Lodging

  • New lodging calendar to view reservations and add lodging-related events
    • Leverages new calendar component, so you can filter by rooms and additionally filter by calendar tags to see tags relevant to this calendar
    • You can add a tag to the calendar by creating a calendar_subscription, which links an event tag to the lodging calendar (now you’ll see all events with this tag when viewing the lodging calendar)
    • Can add tags to events and lodging reservations to group them and allow better filtering
  • Updated lodging itineraries to include start/end times (reservation details → check-in tab)
  • Uses local storage to track which tags/calendars are selected in the filter so you can leave the page, refresh, etc. and preserve your preferred view

• Boats

  • Ability to toggle which data fields we want to collect
  • New clubs by default will now only collect boat name, sail number, class, and fleet
  • Boat details on the admin and member dashboards will only show the collected data fields
  • There is now a general notes component that can be used for any details view

• Notifications

  • New page on member portal and section within iOS and Android apps.
  • Lists all push notifications that have been sent to members and differentiates between bulk (messages sent by the club) and individual (confirmation messages)
  • Highlights unread messages, and allows members to filter by message type.

• Point of Sale

  • Automatic surcharging

    • Ability to configure automatic surcharging (processing passed on) for any POS location. This feature replaces the legacy surcharge button, which requires manual action and will gradually be phased out.
    • Processing fees are applied to cards only, and respect credit vs. debit configurations.
    • Processing fees are calculated on the full charge amount (post-tip, post-tax, etc.).
    • Granular control (and transparency) into surcharging from the Point of Sale. Clubspot now supports three models:

      • Disabled (no surcharging)

      • Automatic (surcharge automatically applied based on the payment method type). Supports credit and debit cards.

      • Manual (POS operator decides if and when to apply a surcharge)

      • Ability to specify pre- or post- tip amount as the calculation rule.

        

  • Mobile ordering

    • Ability to pause or unpause mobile orders directly from the POS. This dropdown menu appears when the mobile POS location is set to “Manual” to facilitate online F&B ordering. This makes it easy for staff to pause mobile ordering when the kitchen gets overwhelmed.

      

• Member portal

  • Now have the option to remove the "member code" from member details. Please reach out to [email protected] if you’re not using this field and would like to hide it.

• Tee sheet

  • Updates to printed tee sheet to add caddie requests

• Banquets

  • Ability to add additional customers to a banquet (e.g. bride and groom can both be “customers”
    • Info gets added to BEO and secondary emails will be cc’ed on invoice (can edit this when finalizing invoice)
  • New product type "Banquet"
    • The existing banquet event type is now unavailable for selection like entry fees in the product details
    • UI callout for banquet items in the product search overlay for banquets

• Courts

  • Restrict number of reservations
    • Ability to restrict number of reservations made to a specific time period (today, this week, month, or year) or on a rolling time window (any 7 day period including the new reservation date can only have x reservations)
    • The ability to count reservations for only the member making the reservation or all participants
    • Ability to restrict reservations by membership Catergory or my membership AddOn
  • Reporting
    • Numbering of players on reservations
    • Players who were not checked in
  • Ability to set max number of players allowed on a reservations (currently capped at 20)
  • Ability to prevent members from having overlapping reservations
  • New format for limiting number of registrations (3 bookings allowed in the next x day)
