• Web Builder Features
  • Added new header style of ‘centered’ which centers the logo between menu items
  • Added new header positioning of ‘fixed’ which always keeps the header at the top of the viewport
  • Added ‘carousel’ layout for event list with new formatting options, and filter settings
• Dining
  • Ability to edit a dining reservation from the admin dashboard (same as POS)
  • Upgraded date picker to new bubble UI
• Split accounting
  • click into a product > sales accounts > add any number of accounts > up to 5 accounts

• Bulk emails
  • Bulk emails now include an option to copy a Members-Only Web Link. This is a special, automatically generated link to that individual email, and it requires a member login to view the content.
  • Click on the sent email and open the email content preview to find the link for each message.
  • This feature allows you to create an archive of sent emails on your website.
• Membership Add-ons
  • Ability to add off cycle add-ons directly to a member tab, rather than creating individual invoices for each one.
• Products & POS
  • POS product search now supports custom SKUs
  • Product search in the Clubspot dashboard now supports search by SKU
  • Permissions now allow limited admin access for POS “operators” only - only have access to launch the POS/smart tickets
• Social events
  • Use image dimensions setting for ticket page for social events
• Accounting
  • Back dated batch billing in the batch billing editor
  • New billing dashboards for statement runs and statements
    • Bulk statistics for each statement run, including membership count and emails sent
    • Ability to search for member statements, view email statuses (including opens, deliveries, bounces), view balance due at the time of statement, and click through to view individual emails
• Banquets
  • Display line breaks on BEO line items

  • Ability to set late fees with both percentage + flat fee
• E-signature Contracts
  • Ability to download originally uploaded waiver template so people can see what the contract looks like prior to sending.
• Boats
  • Ability to edit expiration date of boat documents
• Golf
  • Tee sheet orders are now considered part of the Point of Sale channel, and are automatically linked with the default_pos_location when that location is set for any given course.
  • This allows the operator to re-open any tee sheet order on the Point of Sale, and clarifies reporting so that all line items and orders from the tee sheet are associated with the Point of Sale channel and a specific Point of Sale location.
  • Removed host member billing flow
    • If there is member on registration and billing logic is separate bills, all guests will have their own bill
• Note that if a default_pos_location is not set, tee sheet orders will continue to be reported in the Tee sheet channel.
