• Edit Button

  • We’ve relocated the edit button on member details. Instead of a blue box on the right hand side of the screen, you’ll find an edit icon next to the heading of each section within the member details:

    

• Point of Sale

  • Digital receipts now include staff member's name, if there was one
  • The option to “return after fire” is set on the POS location. It will go back to the tables/orders view after firing a ticket

• Boats

  • An expiration date is an optional field for any document uploaded. Read more hereMember boat details

    

  • Boat Document Status is also a filter, including Active, Expires Soon, and Expired

• Social Events
  • Deferred Payment: Ability to accept registrations for an event without taking payments up front. This allows admins to bill and collect payment for an event in the billing period that the event takes place. Please reach out to [email protected] if you’d like this setting enabled on any of your events.
• Banquets
  • Export Banquet events with Filters
• Communications
  • Suppression List: Emails on this list will be excluded from future bulk communications. Clubspot automatically adds addresses to this list if a recipient unsubscribes, marks the email as spam, or the email address cannot be reached.
  • New table showing all not-sent email addresses alongside the reason that they did not receive the email
• Accounting
  • Line items added to draft member invoices no longer create accounting events (similar to adjustments) until they are finalized when they are created by an admin.
• Social Events
  • We no longer show the guest option if a social event or ticket type is set to ‘members only’
• Regattas
  • New 2024 ORC courses added

• Custom Form
  • Create any number of custom forms under Website > Forms
  • View and export all form responses, with filtering options for specific custom fields
  • Easily integrate custom forms to your web builder or share them through a provided link
