• Receipts
  • Receipts have the ability to show an “Original subtotal (pre-discount)” line on digital and printed receipts. This is useful for clubs using pre-discount service charge calculations + hybrid discounts. Please reach out to us if you’d like to opt-in.
• Floor plans
  • Walls for POS v5.4+
• Minimums
  • Minimum exclusions can now be applied at the product subtype level
  • Ability to view past minimum results from member portal billing section
  • Option to show active minimums on statements ([email protected] can help you opt in!)
• Waivers
  • Added a way to specify values for waiver template placeholder (merge) fields when manually sending individual waivers. This would best be used for a private event contract, where you could pre-fill the name of the customer, etc.
• Social events
  • Callout for service charge % (if applicable) where we show ticket price
• Lodging
  • Ability to set up a max # of rooms per booking (applies to booking and inquiry by limiting the number of rooms you can add in the search)
  • Show lodging reservations in member portal RSVPs list
• Calendars
  • New clear all button for filters
  • Search filters (with select/clear for search results)
• Table filter
  • Select all/deselect all option in filter component
  • Select only button
• Member billing settings
  • Admins can now update invoice memo from the dashboard. This text box is found under Membership > Billing > Memo.
• Staff
  • Tipping ledger by staff member now has row for tips where there is no staff member from POS and from social events
• Camps
  • Can now restrict registrations to participants only on the membership when camp is set to members only by disabling the “custom participant” toggle. This would prevent members from signing up their neighbors, grandkids, friends, or other people who don’t have profiles on the membership.
• Regattas
  • New scoring letting score: AVG after drop
• Communication
  • Updated edit template overlay to make it more clear when the template was last made and a dedicated save button
  • Image search for adding images to an email/template
• Calendar invites
  • When registering for social events, participants can now add the booking to their personal calendar.
• Products
  • Product subtype is now displayed on products table
  • Ability to set one product tag when creating new product
• Group classes
  • Weekly view for group classes on the member facing sign up page
