Clubspot’s Point of Sale allows you to easily generate both tickets for the kitchen staff, and receipts for customers. By default, Clubspot will generate digital tickets and receipts, but physical receipt printers may also be configured.

Creating Tickets

When an order is ready to be prepared, you can send a fulfillment ticket to the kitchen (commonly called “firing”).

Smart Tickets

By default, Clubspot always creates a Smart Ticket to track any fulfillment request digitally in the Smart Ticket application.

Paper Tickets

If you have printers configured, Clubspot will also print corresponding paper tickets off of those printers.

Common Workflows

There are three ways to fire a ticket for an order:

  1. Click the three dots next to an order and select “Create ticket”. This will prompt you as to whether you would like to create a ticket for all items or individual items. Once selected this will fire the order and generate a ticket.

  2. From the payment screen scroll to the Tickets section and select Create Ticket Now.

  3. If the “Create ticket after payment” option is selected, in the Tickets section then a ticket will automatically be created once the payment completes for that order

Managing Smart Tickets

To access the Smart Tickets application, launch the POS and select “Smart Tickets” from the order screen. While it is common to operate a singe device either on the Smart Tickets interface (for example in the kitchen) or the POS, you have the flexility to easily toggle back and forth between the two.

The Smart Tickets interface will display tickets that are created in real time and provide the necessary information for the kitchen to fulfill those orders.

Line items on a ticket can be fulfilled individually or in bulk. When all line items on a ticket are fulfilled, it becomes a fulfilled ticket. Depending on the preferred view, you are able to display All, Open, or Fulfilled tickets on the Smart Tickets interface.
